В день будет начислять не более 1% от спецзайма (до 1 июля было 2%), предельная сумма процентов и комиссий будет не более 15% (до 1 июля — 30%).

Еще несколько лет назад на этом рынке 1000% годовых по микрозайму являлась нормой. Сегодня ставка ограничена размером 0,8% в день или не более 130% годовых. Конечно, такие ставки тоже являются очень высокими, но это уже не те дикие тысячи процентов годовых.

«Клиенты МФО обязательно ощутят эти изменения, — считает доцент экономического факультета РУДН Лазарь Бадалов. — С одной стороны, произойдет снижение переплаты, но с другой стороны, МФО начнут чаще отказывать своим заемщикам, потому что начнут строже оценивать их финансовое положение». Тут нужно понимать, что при ставке в тысячи процентов годовых, как когда-то, МФО готовы были раздавать займы всем подряд — все равно деньги с лихвой «отбивались», а теперь, когда ставки снизились почти в 10 раз, отбор заемщиков наверняка станет строже.

Тем не менее, уверен эксперт, рынок микрофинансирования продолжит свой рост: заемщиков станет меньше, но суммы займов начнут расти. По его словам, происходит постепенное сближение условий кредитования между банками и МФО, что в будущем приведет к некоторой миграции клиентов из одних финансовых организаций в другие.
