В двух городах работы в этом направлении стартуют в 2026 году — когда первые российские базовые станции 5G начнут выпускаться серийно. А к 2030 году сетями 5G будут покрыты 16 крупных населенных пунктов России, что составит порядка 17 млн абонентов.

Как уточнил Шадаев, в 2026 году сетями 5G смогут пользоваться около 100 000 абонентов, а к 2030 году их число достигнет почти 18 млн. Кроме того, начиная с 2028 года российские предприятия ежегодно станут выпускать примерно 30 000 базовых 5G-станций.
