Так, глава Российского зернового союза (РЗС) Аркадий Злочевский ранее в интервью «МК» говорил, что реализация соглашения не сможет помочь жителям стран Африки и Латинской Америки. «Это была пиар-истерия, ни на каком фундаменте не основанная. К чему она привела? К бешеному повышению цен. Вся аргументация украинской стороной необходимости этой Зерновой сделки в отношении бедных стран выглядит смешно и абсурдно. Как высокие цены помогут бедным странам пополнить запасы продовольствия? Главная проблема ведь не в том, что не хватает ресурсов, а в том, что не хватает денег на их покупку, — говорил глава РЗС. — По определению, изначально эта сделка не могла оказать вообще никакого влияния на снабжение бедных стран продовольствием».
Олег Кобяков, со своей стороны, не согласен с тем, что Зерновая сделка провоцировала рост цен. «Статистика говорит об обратном. Цены на зерновые продолжают снижаться уже на протяжении почти года.
