Правительство выделит российским кинокомпаниям и IT-компаниям 500 миллионов рублей на продвижение за рубежом. Об этом сообщили в Российском экспортном центре (РЭЦ), передает газета «Известия».
Всего на эту сумму претендуют 11 компаний. Так, 360 миллионов рублей могут направить на поддержку почти 20 фильмов, на еще 90 миллионов претендуют два сериала и 25 мультфильмов. Кроме того, эксперты получили еще две заявки на 23 миллиона рублей на поддержку двух IT-проектов.
Отмечается, что субсидии будут выделяться безвозвратно, но при соблюдении некоторых условий, которые зафиксируют в контракте. В частности, участвовать в программе могут компании, работающие не менее трех лет. Помимо этого, их экспортная выручка за предыдущий год должна составлять не менее 7 миллионов рублей, либо размер платежей за использование результатов интеллектуальной деятельности — превышать 1 миллион рублей. Также внимание будут обращать и на бизнес-план по каждому из проектов.
В течение двух лет киностудии обязаны предоставить доказательства увеличения экспортной выручки на сумму минимум в три раза больше субсидии, а для IТ-компаний экспорт должен превышать сумму полученных средств в пять раз. В Минэкономразвития добавили, что средняя эффективность господдержки для кино и анимации равна 1 рублю субсидии к 4 рублям экспортной выручки, а у IТ-проектов этот показатель составляет один к восьми.
