Но вот такого проекта, чтобы каким-то образом остановить или затормозить нашу старость, нет и вряд ли в обозримой перспективе появится.

Разные деятели предлагают свои варианты выхода из демографического кризиса. Так, в Госдуме высказали инициативу создать в правительстве специальное ведомство по подготовке кадров в области демографии. С целью уже в будущем довести долю многодетных семей в России до 51 и даже более процентов.

Но это задача неблизкая. Сегодня правительство как может пытается удержать пожилых сотрудников на рынке труда. Вот и восстановленная индексация пенсий работающим с 2025 года – из этой серии. Параллельно увеличивается поддержка многодетных семей – это уже шаги на будущее.

– Пока этого сказать невозможно. Показатели должны учитывать не только ту продукцию, которая не будет произведена, но в том числе не будет и потреблена. По данным Росстата, коэффициент рождаемости в 2023 году составил 1,41, а скажем, в 2015 году он был 1,78. Как видим, это достаточно большое снижение.

К 2045 году в структуре населения лиц старшего поколения увеличится – с текущих значений 23,6% до 27%. И составит примерно 35,3 миллиона человек. Заметим: это будет происходить на фоне сокращения численности трудоспособного населения. К 2045 году на 1000 человек трудоспособного населения в России будет приходиться 243 ребенка (возрастом до 15 лет) и 442 пенсионера. Почти 700 человек, которых государство должно обеспечивать. Чтобы хотя бы поддерживать сегодняшнюю возрастную структуру, коэффициент рождаемости должен быть 2,1 (то есть больше двух детей в среднем на семью), а он сегодня, как я уже сказал, 1,41. Необходимо кардинально менять подход к семьям с детьми. Сейчас действует принцип: станете бедными – начнем помогать. А должно быть – чем больше детей в семье, тем вы увереннее себя чувствуете. Такие программы дорогостоящие для государства, но без них не обойтись.
