Уход иностранного бизнеса из России также оказывает негативное влияние на перспективы технологического развития страны. Иностранцы, многие из которых по-настоящему глобальные компании, приходили на рынок России со своими передовыми технологиями, развивали свой бизнес, усовершенствуя технологические процессы на наших просторах.
