Напротив магазина, через дорогу, бойко продается икра горбуши по 250 рублей баночка — тоже 140 граммов. За ней очередь. Понятно, что пора готовиться к Новому году, а красная икра в некотором смысле является символом праздничного стола, как шампанское или салат оливье. Кто покупает сразу три банки, тому бонус — за 600 рублей, то есть баночка вообще обходится в 200 рублей.

Никакого обмана, все прозрачно. На столике возвышается открытая банка и каждый может убедиться, что там икра, и не просто, а крупнозернистая: на рынке она считается самой дорогой. К тому же некоторые уже успели попробовать и теперь вот пришли за «оптом».

Все интересуются: откуда и почему так дешево? Как известно, на днях она подорожала на рекордные 30% и, по сути, превратилась в недоступный деликатес.

— С Камчатки, — бодро отвечают продавцы.

— Но в магазине лососевая по 630–650!

— Магазин — это четвертые руки, — охотно поясняют коробейники. — Сначала производитель, потом посредник, потом оптовая база… Везде баночка на 150 рублей дорожает. А у нас прямо с завода!

Ну, не совсем так уж прямо. С далекой Камчатки ее нужно доставить в Москву в специальных вагонах-рефрижераторах — отечественные трейдеры жалуются, что их катастрофически не хватает, что логистика ужасно подорожала. И что отчасти по этой причине произошел рекордный рост цены на красную икру.

Что получается? Для официальных структур у железнодорожников или водников контейнеров-морозильников нет, а для «теневиков» — пожалуйста? Или мы что-то не знаем в этой истории?

По данным Росстата, в нынешнем сезоне производство лососевой икры в России увеличилось в два раза по сравнению с 2020 годом: 20,7 тысячи тонн против 9,9 тысячи. По такому счастливому случаю Рыбный союз еще в сентябре обещал снижение цены. Тогда откуда их рост в 30%?

Но вот здесь, за столиком, как раз тот самый ажиотаж, о котором говорят эксперты. Покупают по три банки (со скидкой), а кто и больше. А цена при таком спросе почему-то не растет. Сертификата у коробейников никто не спрашивает. Да это в данном случае и непринципиально: фальсификат или контрабанда — какая разница? В официальную торговлю уже никто не верит, и никаких чудес от нее не ждут.  

Получается, что не все перекупщики одним миром мазаны и не все сдирают с народа последнюю копейку. Вот если бы так расхватывали магазинную икру (по 630), менеджеры наверняка меняли бы ценники каждые полчаса.

Что имеем в итоге? От берегов Камчатки до Москвы нелегальная красная икра проходит через множество нечестных людей, каждый из которых наживается на этом преступном трафике.

В итоге она оказывается в Москве по 250 рублей — в три раза дешевле, чем в наших магазинах. И, несмотря на все издержки своей опасной профессии, теневики остаются с неплохой прибылью.

А теперь смотрим государственную или коммерческую торговлю. Ее ежедневно мониторят специально обученные комиссии, чтоб никакого самоуправства и необоснованного задирания цен.
