Деликатес начал активно дорожать в сентябре, когда стало ясно, что вылов лососевых рыб в нынешнем году будет провальным: 235 тысяч тонн по сравнению с 600 тысячами в 2023 году.

По статистическим данным, в сентябре цены на красную икру выросли на 12, %, в октябре — еще на 11,8 %, в ноябре темпы роста замедлились — всего на 5,4%.

Высокие цены на этот продукт аналитики объясняют плохой путиной. Оказывается, так устроено, что по четным годам, как нынешний 2024-й, всегда фиксируется низкий вылов лососевых, а по нечетным, как предыдущий 2023-й, рыбаки выдают хорошие результаты.
