С 1 января, с 8 утра по московскому времени, «Газпром» остановил прокачку газа в Европу через территорию Украины. Таким образом, Москва потеряла 10 миллиардов кубометров экспортного газа, которые еще год назад направляла в Старый Свет.

— Потеря 10 миллиардов кубометров для нашей страны – это не беда для бюджета и даже финансов «Газпрома», — считает он. — Потому что в предыдущие годы «Газпром» сократил поставки в Европу на 130 миллиардов кубов. Что такое 10 миллиардов по сравнению со 130?
— Выпавшие экспортные объемы можно куда-нибудь перенаправить?
— Не знаю, сможет ли «Газпром» перекинуть их с украинского направления. И будет ли он это вообще делать. Но предполагаю, что «пристроить» 10 миллиардов кубометров точно не сможет. Возможно, 2-3 миллиарда еще получится перекинуть на «Турецкий поток». Но 10 миллиардов нам деть будет некуда, придется сокращать объемы добычи.
«Ямал-Европа» закрыт из-за обоюдных санкций, «Северный поток-1» остановлен из-за того, что немецкая компания не выполнила свой контракт на обслуживание газовых турбин. 3 сентября 2022 года он остановился, потому что турбины выработали ресурс. История с «Северным потоком-2» тоже общеизвестная.

— В Европе теперь хватит газа до конца зимнего периода?
— Я думаю, что физически хватит. После 2022 года она начала закачивать в свои подземные хранилища значительно больше энергоносителя. Если раньше к началу отопительного сезона заполняла примерно 85 %, то к 1 ноября 2024 года, хранилища были заполнены на 96 %.
Но эти запасы сейчас довольно быстро проедаются, сегодня отбора значительно выше. По некоторым оценкам, в хранилищах осталось порядка 75 % «голубого топлива».
— Значит, до конца зимы может и не хватить?
— За последние годы Европа сильно снизила потребление газа. Топливо было очень дорогим, более 2000 долларов за тысячу кубометров, промышленность здорово просела. Работать на таком дорогом газе, значит накрутить высокую себестоимость товара, его и покупать никто не будет.
Потому, вопрос не в том, хватит ли физически газа, а сколько он будет стоить. Цена на энергоноситель в Европе постоянно растет, с начала 2024 года с 270 долларов за тысячу кубометров поднялась до нынешнего уровня 550-570. Причем не только на российский газ, это общемировая тенденция. Не исключено, что в Евросоюзе произойдет новая деиндустриализация, которая там началась еще в 2021 году.
— А что потеряла Украина за отказ от прокачки российского газа?
— Деньги за сам транзит. Бюджету доставалось мало, но компании-операторы газотранспортной системы лишились сотен миллионов долларов. Кстати, за счет этих денег субсидировалась прокачка газа собственным производителям на Украине. С 1 января там были вынуждены поднять стоимость прокачки по своим трубам в 4 раза. В четыре раза подорожает газ, значит, подорожает электроэнергия, отопление, горячая вода, коммуналка… Соответственно, все это отразится и на конечной стоимости товаров.
К тому же, Киеву пришлось экстренно разворачивать работу своей газотранспортной системы. Всегда, еще с советских времен, она работала с востока на запад, а теперь, в разгар отопительного сезона, должна качать энергоноситель с запада, где находятся основные месторождения, на восток и в центральные области. Пока точно неизвестно, как она работает, удалось ли сделать такой маневр.
