По оценке Минфина, темпы роста российской экономики в нынешнем году составят 3,8%, первоначальный прогноз составлял 2,9%. Центробанк также считает, что ВВП страны вырастет на 3,5-4%. Все эти цифры – не пропагандистские козни российских аналитиков, а результаты прогнозов самих правительств стран «семерки».  

Кстати, частично эти низкие темпы роста этих стран вызваны как раз антироссийскими санкциями, лишившими Запад и дешевого и надежного источника энергоресурсов, до этого десятилетиями поступавших из России, и обширного рынка сбыта для своей продукции в нашей стране.

Что же касается России, то принято считать, что высокая ключевая ставка ЦБ тормозит развитие страны, не позволяет бизнесу брать кредиты для того, чтобы обновлять основные фонды и повышать производительность труда. С июля нынешнего года ключевой показатель достиг 18%. На протяжении этого времени отдельные экономисты утверждали, что ключевая ставка душит экономику. Но, как видим, даже при такой учетной ставки российская промышленность не стоит на месте.

— Высокие темпы роста ВВП можно объяснить двумя факторами, — рассказывает финансовый аналитик, кандидат экономических наук Михаил Беляев. — Первый: на большие мощности в нынешнем году вышли предприятия, обеспечивающие выполнение гособоронзаказа. Второй момент – реализация через государственные проекты крупномасштабных мероприятий в области экономики. Они также создают основу роста ВВП. Но, опять-таки, за счет государственных средств.

— Как вы считаете, в ближайшие годы Россия сможет сохранить лидерство по темпам роста ВВП, по сравнению со странами «Большой семерки»?

— Не думаю. Центробанк в своем докладе об основных направлениях денежно-кредитной политики прогнозирует темпы роста ВВП в 2025 году в пределах 0,5-1,5 процента. А на 2026 год — от 1,5 до 2 процентов. Это значительно ниже сегодняшних темпов. Нынешний успех не позволяет нам сказать, что мы вышли на устойчивые высокие темпы роста экономики. По сценарию регулятора, они будут примерно такими же, как у «Большой семерки».

У стран — членов БРИКС темпы роста составляют 5 и более процентов. Даже на их фоне, несмотря на все свои сырьевые ресурсы, мы выглядим достаточно скромно.

Еще нужно заметить, что рост валового внутреннего продукта на 0,5%, которые прогнозирует регулятор на 2025 год, означает фактический застой, депрессию в экономике. А  1,5% — хоть небольшое, но развитие. Эти показатели ставить рядом нельзя, они говорят о качественно разном состоянии экономики.

— Но что нам мешает рвануть вперед?

— Как раз-таки высокая ключевая ставка. И ужесточающаяся денежно-кредитная политика Центробанка  в борьбе с инфляцией. Они не позволяют бизнесу привлекать кредитные ресурсы для развития.

— Кстати, инфляция учитывается в росте ВВП?

— Есть два метода подсчета этого показателя. В постоянных ценах, по дефлятору, и в текущих ценах —  нынешние данные получены по этой схеме.
