Средневзвешенная цена метра в квартирах достигла 781,5тыс. руб. (+5,6% за месяц, +4,6%% за квартал, +21,4% за год), в апартаментах – 835,1 тыс. руб. (-0,3% за месяц, +8,5% за квартал, +16% за год). Наиболее выраженная динамика цены за 2024 год отмечена в ЦАО, где средневзвешенная цена кв. м выросла на 34% и достигла 1,07 млн за кв. м. Рост цены в большей степени обусловлен изменениями в структуре экспозиции.
