Финансовый аналитик, кандидат экономических наук Михаил Беляев считает, что снижение ключевой ставки до 18% годовых население никак не почувствует.

— Для граждан ничего не изменится, — поясняет он. – Почувствуют только те, у кого есть депозитные вклады, ставки по ним, конечно же, сократятся. Если суммы маленькие, то потери будут небольшими, хотя для бедного человека и небольшие потери являются  большими. 

— На сколько банки могут снизить ставки по вкладам?

— Как мы видим, они уменьшаются достаточно резво. Банки их снизили еще накануне заседания Центробанка. А теперь уменьшат еще после решения по ключевой ставке. Одно событие они используют дважды в своих интересах: в ожидании решения и по факту совершения. Полагаю, что средняя ставка снизится еще процента на 3, до 14-15% годовых. Многое зависит от сроков депозитов и от самих кредитных организаций.

— Всех интересуют кредиты, прежде всего потребительские. Вот по ним такой динамики снижения, как по депозитам, почему-то не наблюдается…

— Объясню — почему. Это совершенно не в интересах банков. Думаю, что их тоже понизят, но на 1-2 процента от сегодняшнего уровня. Все это ситуативно и точечно, в разных зонах по-разному. Есть сообщения, что крупные банки снизят ставки по потребительским кредитам суммой до миллиона рублей на 2%, а от миллиона и выше – на 1%.  

Но это далеко не факт, потому что банки не обязаны снижать показатели вслед за ключевой ставкой. Они работают в ту сторону, которая им выгодна.

— До конца года какой будет ставка по депозиту?

— Прогноз – это не цифра, а аргумент. Все будет зависеть от ключевой ставки ЦБ. А в сегодняшних условиях он малопрогнозируемый. В последнюю неделю годовая инфляция замедлилась до 9,2%. Я  не уверен, что до 2026 года она заметно уменьшится. На пресс-коференции глава регулятора сказала, что, возможно, снижение «ключа» поставят на паузу.
