Снижение доступности ипотеки на готовое жилье приведет к еще большему спросу, а значит, к росту ставок аренды, утверждает директор департамента аренды федеральной компании «Этажи» Ольга Павлинова. Цены будут расти и из-за сокращения объема предложения, который наблюдается сейчас.
