Они заявили мужчине, что «выкупили» его долг по процентам. Аналогичная история недавно произошла в Екатеринбурге.
Юрист Анна Юфа посоветовала россиянам в случае получения на счет непонятно откуда взявшихся денег зафиксировать это в банке и написать заявление об ошибочном платеже. Также она рекомендовала потребовать предоставления информации о том, кто был отправителем платежа.
«Если это окажется микрофинансовая организация, обращайтесь в Центробанк с жалобой — указывайте, что никаких договоров не заключали, а деньги МФО перечислила безосновательно», — отметила юрист.
Также она посоветовала попросить Центробанк запросить договор и иные документы, на основании которых МФО отправила деньги на счет. В свою очередь возвратом средств должен банк по письменному заявлению клиента.
