Специалистами композитного подразделения «Росатома» на новой площадке в Ульяновске налажен выпуск композитных лопастей для ветрогенераторов. Причем речь идет о полной производственной цепочке — от подготовки сырья до выпуска готовой продукции.
Сейчас на предприятии производят ветролопасти, длиной 51 метр и массой всего 8,5 тонны, что обусловлено применением российских материалов в текущем соотношении 10 % угле- и 90 % стеклокомпозитов. Срок их эксплуатации составит как минимум 25 лет.
Данное производство сможет закрыть потребности перспективных российских программ и проектов по ветряной энергетике и увеличить в них долю отечественного оборудования с текущих 68 % до более серьезных 85 %.
В скором времени новая производственная линия выйдет на расчетную мощность с планируемым ежегодным выпуском порядка 450 ветряных лопастей, которыми можно обеспечить около 150 энергогенерирующих установок. Первыми выпущенными ветролопастями будет оснащаться Новолакская ветроэлектростанция, которую «Росатом» возводит в Дагестане.
