Суд города Арраса (северный французский департамент Нор) приговорил актрису Брижит Бардо к штрафу в пять тысяч евро (более 433 тысячи рублей) за оскорбление главы Французского общества охотников Вилли Шраена. Об этом сообщает Le Figaro.
В инстанции 86-летнюю артистку также обязали выплатить 51-летнему Шраену две тысячи евро (свыше 173 тысяч рублей) в качестве возмещения убытков и компенсации за судебные расходы.
В октябре 2019 года на сайте Фонда помощи животным Бардо появилась публикация, в которой актриса называла представителей спортивной охотничьей федерации «недочеловеками отвратительной трусости» и «террористами животного мира», упоминая при этом главу общества Шраена.
Отмечается, что слово «недочеловек» («унтерменш») использовалось в нацистском лексиконе для обозначения враждебных представителей иной расы, подлежащих уничтожению. Суд города Арраса нашел высказывания Бардо жестокими ввиду их расистских коннотаций и приговорил женщину к штрафу. Вместе с тем актриса, по решению суда, обязана удалить в течение 15 дней с сайта ее организации защиты животных содержащую оскорбления статью.
В мае 2020-го года Бардо обвиняли в расистских высказываниях. Тогда к звезде французского кино подали иск из-за ее слов о жителях острова Реюньон. В 2019 году она назвала их туземцами, сохранившими гены дикарей, а также заявила, что они продолжают варварские традиции. Знаменитость возмутило, что население острова жестоко обращается с собаками.
