Специалисты из ОДК создали пару устойчивых к коррозийному воздействию жаропрочных сплавов, из которых планируется изготавливать лопатки, применяемые в газотурбинных двигателях кораблей и судов. Благодаря новым разработкам будущие силовые установки будут более мощными и износостойкими.
Данные сплавы по устойчивости к коррозии серьезно превосходят передовые отечественные решения, им не страшна агрессивная морская среда и они могут работать при высоких температурах вплоть до 1000°C.
Вся требуемая документация по данным материалам уже подготовлена и идет отработка технологии производства деталей из них.
Как уточнили в ОДК, из данных сплавов будут изготавливаться рабочие и сопловые лопатки турбин, которые работают в весьма тяжелых условиях, выдерживая различные механические нагрузки, а также термические воздействия. Они увеличат КПД и мощность двигателей, что обусловит создание и выпуск перспективных агрегатов абсолютно нового уровня.
