Сейчас понятно, что все планы могут резко измениться, если начнется новый рост заболеваемости (а разные ответственные лица уже прогнозируют новую волну коронавируса в России в октябре-ноябре). По этой же причине пока не ясно, какие именно зарубежные направления смогут быть открыты к Новому году. Это станет понятно не раньше, чем через месяц-полтора».
