Первый отечественный литограф «Прогресс СТП-350» оценили в полмиллиарда рублей

В Зеленоградском нанотехнологическом центре (ЗНТЦ) назвали цену на базовый вариант первого российского литографа «Прогресс СТП-350», которая составляет почти 400 млн рублей без учета НДС, а расширенное сервисное обслуживание и увеличенная на 5 лет гарантия поднимают ее до немногим более 560 млн рублей.

Литограф изготавливается и поставляется заказчику в течение 18 месяцев после получения от него аванса в размере 50 %. Кроме базового комплекта оборудования производитель также предлагает расширенные опции в виде системы активной виброзащиты стоимостью 40 млн рублей, а также набора фотошаблонов за дополнительные 12 млн рублей.

Установка «Прогресс СТП-350», которую специалисты ЗНТЦ разрабатывали совместно со своими коллегами из белорусского «Планара», рассчитана на выпуск чипов по 350-нанометровому технологическому процессу и способна обрабатывать кремниевые пластины, имеющие диаметр 150 или 200 мм.

Конечно, 350-нм техпроцесс далеко не передовой, но запуск в России своего серийного производства литографического оборудования стал важным шагом в направлении технологического суверенитета страны. При этом ЗНТЦ уже готовит литографы следующего поколения, рассчитанные на выпуск продукции по 130-нм технологическим нормам, которые, ориентировочно, будут стоить порядка 6 млн долларов.
