В процессе моделирования и печати не применяется никаких лекал и форм, каждое изделие создается строго на конкретную ногу. Роботизированный 3D-принтер печатает его из углеродного волокна, благодаря чему вес обуви не превышает 270 граммов, однако она очень жесткая и прочная.

Каждый кроссовок состоит из верхней и нижней частей, которые надеваются раздельно и фиксируются ремешками. На подошве есть крепление для контактного шипа производства Shimano, Look или Speedplay, на выбор клиента. Он вставляется в паз на педали и механически фиксирует обувь с ногой на ней на время заезда. Это также улучшает передачу энергии с мускулов на педали велосипеда.
