Сегодня на нефтяные цены оказывает влияние не столько банкротство нескольких американских банков, сколько непонятная ситуация с процентной ставкой ФРС. У рынка есть опасения, что ее поднимут, а значит, есть вероятность падения потребительского спроса, что может привести к рецессии всей экономики.

Но даже если в Штатах все пойдет по плохому сценарию, то китайская экономика, напротив, на подъеме, ограничения, связанные с пандемией, отменены, значит, спрос на энергоносители будут расти. Собственно, поэтому цены на нефть с осени держатся на $80 и не падают.

– А на нас эти колебания цен как-то влияют? Или у нас есть потолок в $60, выше которого мы все-равно прыгнуть не можем?

Конечно, разница в цене на баррель на выходе танкера из российского порта и на входе его же в порт назначения где-нибудь в Юго-Восточной Азии сильно отличается. – Частично «Совкомфлот»…

– Да, а частично теневой флот, количество судов которого постоянно растет, но откуда взялись эти суда? Чтобы купить сотни танкеров, потребовались миллиарды долларов. Такие огромные суммы инвестиций не могли взяться из воздуха, их нужно было откуда-то аккумулировать — все это говорит о том, что трейдеры, торгующие российской нефтью, очень близки к России.

– То есть это тоже наши российские компании?

– Да, но зарегистрированные в других юрисдикциях – вот и все.

– Если вас послушать, то у нас все прекрасно обстоит с продажами нефти. А если почитать других аналитиков, то все ужасно. По этим оценкам, мы уже чуть ли не ниже плинтуса опустили цены, и все равно приходится сокращать добычу на 500 тысяч.
