В четверг, 27 августа, состоялось совещание по выполнению поручения президента о единовременной выплате пенсионерам, в ходе которого было определено, что выплаты будут проводиться со следующей недели. Также были названы структуры, организующие оперативное выполнение решения главы государства.

В совещании приняли участие секретарь Генсовета «Единой России», первый вице-спикер Совета Федерации Андрей Турчак, глава Минтруда РФ Антон Котяков, его заместитель Ольга Баталина.

В ходе совещания Андрей Турчак сообщил, что задача по разъяснению людям порядка получения выплат поставлена региональным отделениям «Единой России» и штабами общественной поддержки партии в субъектах РФ. При этом в целом задача более масштабна: она включает контроль выполнения поручения президента в кратчайшие сроки. 

«В рамках штабов общественной поддержки необходимо канал коммуникаций выстроить, максимально широко провести разъяснительную работу. Все случаи задержек, ущемления прав не просто фиксировать, а реагировать оперативно для того, чтобы выполнить ту задачу, которую поставил президент», – уточнил Андрей Турчак, добавив, обращаясь к главе Минтруда, что все должно быть сделано не только максимально оперативно, но  и максимально удобно для граждан. 

Он также напомнил, что выплату получат абсолютно все пенсионеры: и работающие, и неработающие, и те, кто получает пенсию по инвалидности, в том числе дети-инвалиды, а также по потере кормильца.

Антон Котяков, со своей стороны, сделал ряд важных уточнений: для получения денег пенсионерам не надо предоставлять никаких документов и справок, при этом на федеральном уровне все документы для выплат уже подготовлены, источники финансирования определены. Министр также подчеркнул, что выплата не будет учитываться в общем доходе семьи и не повлияет на выплату других мер соцподдержки.

Ольга Баталина обратила внимание участников совещания на важную деталь поручения президента, о которой он говорил в начале этой недели на съезде «Единой России»:  необходимо не допустить изъятия банками поступающих средств поддержки в счет погашения обязательств по кредитам, которые могут быть у граждан. Однако, по ее словам, эта задача для думских представителей партии, которым предстоит оперативно дополнить соответствующие указы президента коррекцией я действующего законодательства. 

Участвовавшая в работе совещания уполномоченный по правам ребенка Анна Кузнецова указала на важность обеспечения удобства и доступности каналов связи, которые организует партия в рамках выполнения поручения президента.

Я, например, не очень пойму, если коммунисты будут это критиковать. Хотя именно их целевой группе, пенсионерам, выдадут материальные блага. Я бы на месте коммунистов, наоборот, такое поддержал.

Ранее, после объявления президентом о выплатах, в течение некоторого времени не было ясности со сроками направления средств. В частности, сроки выплат откладывались на месяц-полтора и связывались с началом работы нового состава Госдумы.
